Just noticed that after I reset my trip odometer that it is now not functioning, also the the mileage is not registering. Looking for some advice from this astute panel.

Time to replace the odometer gear on the speedo. Pretty simple task, should not take more than an hour.



Also, never reset the odometer when moving.

I didn't reset the trip odometer while moving I guess it's just worn out. I may just leave it not registering for a while as I have turned over 100K miles. Although I hate to have something not working on the car.

Plenty of info on this topic on other threads...some say mechanical, some say electrical...I say I don't know yet. Come on by - I sent a PM.
