I have attached a file that i uploaded to google drive. No idea what this noise is except it is far from normal. Accompanying the noise are vibrations from the front (not engine mounts) and occasional grinding noise.

My guess: belts, shut that thing down and have it towed !

sounds a little like when my belts were too tight. I agree, have it towed and maybe save yourself a bunch of money.
