Put the old 993 wheels from the white car on the blue cab. Wider in back and a bit more outboard. Looks pretty good.

If I recall correctly, those wheels were meant to be used only for winter tires. That is why they are 16". For me 16" wheels on a 968 is just wrong.

Johann - most 968s came with 16 inch wheels as standard. Many of us still have them on our cars. The ones I put on the cab are from a 993 but were on my white coupe when I bought it 179,000 km ago - they are 16 inch but the rears are 16x9 instead of the stock 16x8. So the rear tires are 245 series , not 225. A bit wider. Put them on the cab because I recently got some 17 inch twist wheels for the coupe. So now my original 16 inch 7s and 8s are spares.
Sha-Jr968 - be a bit careful with the flippant criticism - the only reason we drive the cars we do is because we like them. Easier to simply not post a comment if you dislike the look of someone's car.

Kim,
I'd roll with those. Nice.
Maybe it's just me, but I feel a huge difference between the 16" and 17" wheels.
The car is quicker with the 16's but the handling is much better with the 17's. The back end is especially more planted with a wider tire.
