NGK Iridium
#1

After a search on this site I found the part number, and it is BPR6EIX

However...

My local parts store is telling me it should be BKR6EIX

I have also looked at thre NGK site: http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/part_finder/c...?engineid=38665 and here it states BPR6EIX

Any advice will be appreciated

The one you came up with the BPR is correct. Also the Bosch Iridium is (4506) WGR8DQI

According to this info http://www.ngk-sparkplugs.jp/english/techi...mber_sign_0.pdf
the BK is 2.5 mm shorter in the isolator part. You will probably have a connection problem with the original plugwires.
