The tour was fantastic! Hats off to the two gentlemen that planned the route. The weather was perfect, the roads were twisty, hilly (the pics don't show that well), and free from oncoming cars .
We started the day with 40+ cars and took to the freeway (what a sight to see the looks as folks passed that many Porsches) to our exit road with my brother manning the camera the fun began
40+ cars
We drove many roads like this only more hills and curves (my brother was a bit nervous on these one so not many pics of them)
After a couple hours we stopped to stretch our legs (this poor little town only had 1 gas station with 4 pumps and 6 streets but we took over anyway)
Then back on the road for more fun (can you say triple digits)
We stopped at a lonely golf course for lunch (not all the cars parked on the grass)
Then on to the cave (it was about 10 miles from here but it took 2 hours to get there, go figure)
The Cave of the Mounds is very small compared to many but its ours
