We are having a little celebration today. Claudia II just passed 80,000 miles on the odometer! It happened last night on the way home from dinner, and just as usual, I missed the actual turnover. (I did catch the 50K miles turnover, a few years back...) When I realized what had happened, I was already at 80,006 miles.
We each are each enjoying a drink. She is having the 93 octane fill up from the Valero down the road, and I am having the 90 octane Macallan 12 year old single malt.
Claudia II also had some vision issues, and I tossed in a new passenger side driving light, low beam. She is beaming! [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif[/img]
What a nice afternoon. I also tip my glass to all of you driving your 968's, whether it's every day, or whenever the weather is just right. Either way, it's simply a fabulous ride with many years ahead of it.
