I agree with the 80's vs 90's styling. I do believe the 968 styling has held up much better even by today's standards but there is something about the 928 that is intriguing. I honestly have not driven one. Maybe the New Year I will get a chance

@robadams56 - yes, Rob, it's a 5-speed. I think there are 2 in the US that color with manual. One is still in the area (Oklahoma City), but I'm not sure if its a manual or auto.

@hot968 - The wheels were on it when I bought it but I did have to replace one. I just don't recall the manufacturer. They are still listed in 928International's catalog.

I came close to going the 928 vs the 968. The deciding factor was the relative bulk and weight. Although the 928 has plenty of power and handles well, I was after what Porsche started out to be. A light, fast and nimble car. Hence the 968.
