Is this for real?

One think I will say - Lutz is an amazing physical specimen. The guy is well into his 80s, looks all of 55, is sharp as a tack (this bizarre creation notwithstanding), and can knock out more push-ups than most 30-year-olds.

Looks like a cross between a Mitsubishi 3000GT and a Hyundai Tiburon.

Yup it's real but I can't see the demand for this car given the price when you have the new Vette with near identical performance for half the price, and not all that dissimilar looking..

It will compete with a Porsche Panamera, Maserati, etc - with a four speed auto? You have got to be kidding me.

A bit too much sugar with someone's corn flakes perhaps.

Perhaps is Justin Beiber buys one and chromes it - there will be a market.

A fool and his/her money are easily parted.

I don't see any striking difference between that and a dozen other cars at this or recent shows... It looks vaguely like a running shoe with lights.

But, kudos to him for breaking the 500 hp barrier we were talking about last year.

How about if GM pays back the $32B is still owes the American Taxpayer before it starts blowing money on expensive cars, like this, that will probably lose more money.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but AFAIK neither Fisker nor Bob Lutz are related to GM.

not anymore - he used to be the vice chair of gm until a couple of years ago.

as for the car, i hate it. i don't like the karma or the maserati for the same reasons. that car looks like they stole things from both of those, and the vette. the blend is all too similar of the mistakes made with the panamera

lol - ironically it will probably do the same kind of business though as the panamera, for the same reasons
