No forum like this for any BMW i know of. But you can find forums similiar to RL for the M3. But you can try bimmerforums.com, bimmerfest.com, & m3forum.com

Those are the ones I use. If it were an E30 or E46, then there is a forum or two simalar to this.

Bimmerforums does have a track page with lots of activity.
