Fuel Pressure Guage for the Porsche
#1

This is the tool you need to install the Adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and turn it up to what flash has his set at, I believe 65psi (or is it 68?). It gives you more low end torque. Stock is set @ 54psi.

Dave G. has sent me the specs on how to build one, however, no part store in my city has all the pieces. I was able to locate a import auto parts place that carries the guage. I think it will cost around $150.00-$200.00. I may be off, but just the adapter hose is $74.00

What i am drilling at is: I will buy it if anyone else would be interested in "renting" the guage from me. For say $20 plus shipping. Reason being you only need it once. I hate to spend this much money on a tool I will never use again.

The adjustable fuel pressure reg. is avail. @ Paragon for $159.00

If anyone is interested in this mod, reply on this thread. If 3 or 4 people reply, I will buy the guage.

Good news. I found that unobtainium fitting that I have in my tech sheet. I can cobble together a gauge for you. I'll have to work out the materials price once I assemble all the pieces.

it's great that you got this worked out - very cool - i want ot be clear though that i use it in conjunction with other mods, and it's primary function for me was to correct a slight lean condition - the extra bump was an added bonus - i don't think this is a good idea all by itself

the pressure i am currently at is 64 with the vacuum disconnected - it would be lower when connected (which is the running condition)
