Hi flash was about to order my short shift kit from your site until i got to the shipping costs $140 dollars just for shipping, so for now i will give it a miss. I have some family in LA(ornage county) so i am going to speak to them and see if they can ship it for me.

i haven't figured out what to do about the shipping costs outside of the country. it gets really dumb.



unfortunately, i don't like spending time at the post office, especially this time of year. if this weren't just a hobby, it would be different.



i'm happy to hook up with your friends here though and work something out. let me know.

Flash and I have discussed the non-US shipping dilemma offline and it does limit sales of smaller items but I don't get your problem mdss. Your avatar says Alabama so why would the shipping be so nuts to the locals?

lol - that may be my bad.



when i saw his profile, it said "bucks". it did not have a state listed. i googled and it came up alabama.



i guess it needs to be corrected.



as for the shipping issue, i realize that it limits my ability to get things sent out of the country, but using the post office is incredibly time consuming. for me to ship that way means on average an hour of standing in line and filling out forms and such. i'd have to bill for that time. at even half of my hourly rate, it would end up being a lot more expensive than UPS. it's just not cost effective.



i am open to options though.
