First step....
#1

Hello all - My name is Erich and I like 968's...perhaps a little too much. I am from Lenox MA, AKA "The Berkshires." I have multiple 968's and some of you here will already know me from Bring and Trailer, Facebook or Rennlist. My first real 968 is a SY 968CS, after that I was hooked! My favorite 968 is either the most recent one I bought (Signal Green) or my Baltic Blue supercharged coupe.

I hope thats enough about me for now. I will play nice and will be kind to everyone Smile

Erich

DS968 - The supercharging kit is from Europe. I do not know a lot about it since the car came with it.

Rap - I have a few more I didnt mention... Currently... Speed Yellow CS, Maritime Blue CS, Amazon Coupe, Magenta PTS Coupe, Signal Green Coupe, Colbolt Blue Coupe, White, Raspberry and Rubysone... Oh and two polar silver coupes. I might have missed one but thats the general list.

Thank you for the welcome folks!

Wow, I think you may have a current world record  !    There was a member here from the Netherlands who , a couple of decades ago,  had eleven 968s (  simultaneously owned at one time ) but then began selling them so I don’t know what and how many he ended up keeping,

Do you have , or can you take a photo of the Supercharged engine  you can post here ?   Interesting if someone can identify it , whether it’s D1R ( design 1 racing ) , or  SFR,  or other ..

Hi All -  I guess since I am new here I wasn't able to post pictures. But now I can...

DS968 I don't really count the cars. My daughter does and seems to enjoy telling me how many I have. I can say for sure I have had more than 11 at once. I didnt know there was a record Smile

To answer the questions about the SC coupe. I bought it out of the Netherlands and it was already very well sorted out and had some nice work done to it. I have an old photo book but it's all in German with the pictures from the conversion. The kit came from Custom Concepts and is a Rotex SC. I have driven and owned a lot of modded 951's, and a number of 968's as well. This car just feels very fast and smooth especially at highway speeds and above. I drive about 100 miles a day and currently this car is my home garage for the nicer days!

Alright here are some pics...

Very cool !

p.s. the D1R supercharger system also uses the Rotrex unit , it seems to be very well suited for the 968.

Nice. What type of lift is that? What are the dimensions for your garage, it looks huge?
