recommendation wanted for leather shop in or near POrtland
#1

I need new door panels made to match my dark grey leather interior. Anyone know of a great shop that could match the leather that is inside of my 968?

Contact Bob at Classic 9. He did my interior panels and they are awesome! http://www.classic9leathershop.com

be sure you want leather. it takes a lot more upkeep. unless it is one of the rare leather interiors, very little of the car is actually leather, but instead is vinyl. i like it, but it is a lot more work.

Schwarz, VERY nice, I went with Gray Seats/Black inserts. Your car is sharp!

Thank you Jay. I really like yours ALOT too. You'll have to share where you got those carpets. Flash hit the nail on the head. I do have 100% leather seats as part of the restoration and several pieces throughout the cabin. It does take more upkeep and on a cab and IMHO you'll want to be careful with your selection of items to cover so you don't get shrinkage etc. throughout.

So Jay will you tell us where you got the floor mats from?

If I knew I would share...they were a gift and my friend does not remember where he ordered them.

thanks for the reply, I did a search on the net and could not find them either.

So how many out there would be interested in ordering floor mats similar to the ones shown, as there is a small embroidery shop here where I live. I could get a price on them if there was enough interest.

while they are unique, over the years i have learned that mats with anything on them like that quickly look bad. now, if i do anything (like the porsche font or whatever), it is in black.
