Pinion Bearing part number
#1

Does anyone have the part number for the infamous pinion bearing for the 6 speed?

Is it 01E 311 220?

Pelican shows it on the pinion shaft.

Here is the picture. Part # 29. It is a tapered bearing 95mm.

Thanks Brian

Yes, I looked at the receipt for my pinion bearing replacement and the part number is: 01E 311 220. There is also another one: 01E 311 375 which was used at the same time. Good luck, Bob Blackwell.

Did you do the pinion job yourself? If so..... any special tools required?
