Hi there



Probably a silly q, but can I use a 944 S2 collant expansion tank on a 968? - mine has a Crack/leak in the top left just inboard of the upper bracket, so want to replace, and I see a few 2nd hand 944 ones on ebay...



have tried to repair my one, but no joy so far...so it slowly drips / fizzes when the car / coolant is hot...





I see on Pelican parts that the part numbers are nearly the same - 944 end in 06 - whilst 968 ends in 08..

Nope, the mounting points are different because of the triangular shaped engine room of the 968. On both models the upper mounting points of the tank are connected to the wing/fender. If you need a 968 tank please send me a PM.
