Your wing really sets your car apart. First thing I notice wen ever I see a pic of your ride. I have mixed feeling about the splitter.
I love my 968 for what it is & don't hate it for what it isn't!

<{POST_SNAPBACK}><!--quotec-->Thank you on the wing. As for the splitter, its not for everybody. Especially when left exposed. The dark exterior color & anthracite wheels go well with the CF in my subjective opinion. The OEM spliiter & Flash's spliiter look nice and integrated, the AIR splitter as you can see from the pics extends about an inch past the bumpers.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Hi Fox.
I like the splitter and I browsed the AIR site but couldn't find it. Does it have a part number or was it one off? How much did you pay for it? I'd like to order one too so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thx,
Magnus

Dibs on that one if you're able and willing to assist (as long as it is not way over my budget that is). Is it fiber glass or carbon fiber?
Thanks,
Magnus

<{POST_SNAPBACK}><!--quotec-->Firefish,
a Fiberglass Splitter costs $200, CF costs $300. Either one would have to get primered/painted/clear coated.

Fox,
I saw that pic earlier but it doesn't look like the one on your car. I kinda like the way it sticks out on the sides on yours and the one in the AIR website sits more flush if you know what I mean.
Thx,
Magnus

Magnus,
I am not sure what the import duty is from the US to Sweden, but I pay quite a premium to import from the US. You can also get wings and splitters from a supplier here in the Netherlands (I am assuming import duties will be zero?).

I do not have any of these products myself, but maybe some of the guys here on the Forum has experience with their products.

Thanks Johann. I will check them out. You wouldn't happen to have pictures of a car that runs with that splitter?
Anyway, I'll give them a call to see if they can make one of carbon fiber.
Flash, did you talk to the splitter person?

And this is how it looks like now. It is sitting on my living room table (wife's not home) and have just coated it with 600 g/m2 carbon fiber. Tomorrow I'll remove the additional material and then we'll see how it looks like. And yes I know, not carbon straight through, but that might not be all bad. Glass and carbon make a pretty good mix.
