I know this is a dumb question but I cannot find the answer anywhere on the web.



Do cabriolets have rear seats?

Not such a dumb question. In my case, the answer is - the car didn't have rear seats when I purchased it, but it does now, and my grandsons really enjoy riding in them.

Kim's Canadian car does have rear seats. I'm not sure about cars across the pond.

The 944 cab has factory rear seats. Also no shoulder harness. My daughters also enjoy riding back there. My guess is that they discontinued the rear seats in the 968 because of changes in the seat belt laws. My 944 cab is a 1990. and the first 968's were 1992.

while it is correct that they did not come in the US because of shoulder belt laws, you can add them, and depending on the state, it may be legal for you - each state has different belt laws, some requiring only lap belts, some limiting minors, and some saying no at all - check your state for your laws
