Best way to clean carpet?
#1

clean carpet carpet cleaning

Cheers gang. What's the best strategy for cleaning the carpet in our (or any) cars? One shop recommended one of those handheld steam cleaners, specifically so any water that gets into the carpet comes right back out through the suction.....thus not getting soaked up in the glue/sound deadening.

Are there any alternatives, and is this a bad one for any reason?

i just use 'tuff stuff'.

it's a spray you can get an the drug store or home depot.

always worked well for me and smells nice, too.

spray, brush, and vaccuum.

i'm sure there's better stuff out there.

Thanks for sharing,

For stains, I've been impressed with Purple Power from PEP Boys. Test on inconspicuous spot, yada, yada, yada... But, I've seen this stuff make the nastiest spots go away.
