FYI, Just past Shallotte NC off Highway 17 I spotted a black 968 Cab for sale in a yard. The car appeared to be in good shape. 134k, manual transmission, A/C does not work, rear window fogged but top looked ok; interior, body, wheels and tires looked good. I believe the guy selling the car may have purchased from the original owner. Asking price was 14k but I believe the price could be negotiated lower.
