Any issues with size and offset?
#1

Question for you. I did the calculater stuff and looked all around for more info. I figured I'd just ask.

Right now I run stock front 205/55 R 16 and rear 225/50 R 16 standard offset.(55 and 65 respectively... pretty sure)

Would I have any issues with:

Fronts are 7.5" X 17's with 52mm offset and 225/45/ R 17
Rears are 8" wide X 17's with a 62mm offset and 255/40/ R 17

Will the 3mm make much difference and would the 225 be a little to wide up front? These would be coming off a 928.

Should be fine. I run 225/17 up front, 255/17 rear and that is stock from the factory. Sounds like Porsche did it's usual borrowing from the parts bin (928).

Thanks Dave. I didn't realise the 17" stock tires were 225s in front. Good info, I'll continue to poke around.
