Another First Time Buyer
#1

I'm looking for leads that any of you may have on a clean '94 Coupe. I'm also a first time buyer, and have spend the past several weeks scanning the forums for information. My wife is a big supporter and has done hours of research for me (she has more time). I'm looking for something in the 17K range, 6 speed or triptronic. It'll be a commuter car and weekender. Something that will be fun to drive to the old bump and grind. Any help and information is greatly appreciated.

Any particular reason you are limiting it to'94s? I don't have one for sale, just curious what made you pick that year?

I've got a 1993 (maybe 1994? <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/blink.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> i have to check, duh...) 968 Black with Black leather coupe, automatic that I'm just about getting ready to sell.

79,600 miles. Body and paint are in excellent condition. Interior is very good to excellent.

I will try and remember to come back here to post all of the codes. A few worth mentioning were:

C02 Catalytic Converter

437 Full Power Seat Left

454 Automatic Speed Control

490 Sound Package Hi-Fi sound system

XD4 Porsche Crest Rim Caps

09991 manufacture from the exclusive-program

231 choice of tyres (bridgestone/conti/michelin or pirelli) (968)

17" wheel upgrade- cup2s?

premium 10 speaker sound

tape deck

6 cd changer in rear

coin holder

power mirrors

power drivers seat

I will be placing an "ad" here and posting plenty of pictures. I need a little help pricing the car.

It was my father's for the last 3 or 4 years and now it's mine but I need something a little more "ordinary."

We added a chip a few thousand miles back and I performed the airbox modifictation. It breathes through a K&N filter. I also installed a Bulldog remote lock system.
