A little help please.
I just changed the rear rotors and pads on my '93 coupe. Now the abs light comes on at about 5 mph. After the engine has been shut off and the car restarted, the same thing happens.
There was no problem prior to the brake work. There doesn't seem to be any abnormal drag. The car runs fine and the rotors don't seem to be overheating. I don't feel any activity from the abs system on hard braking, so I assume it has been de-activated. I have pulled the sensors at the rear wheels and cleaned things out with no improvement. I have changed rotors and pads in the past and didn't have any troubles. The problem is probably something obvious but it has me stymied.
Any advise you can give would be greatly appreciated.
PS: The picture posted is no longer good. The new 968 is white with dark grey over light gray interior. A beautiful, origional paint, interior car.

Have you plugged the sensor wire back in the right holes in the the round connector blocks?
If the light comes on after reaching a 5mph its a wheel sensor as flash says
There is an electrical check when you turn on the ignition the a sensor check as you move off, you should hear the ABS motor prime in the passenger side wheel arch.
I would unplug the sensor and the brake pad wear wires from the round blocks and make sure you have the fully seated and in the right holes
