No, the two half circles, plastic behind the headlight assembly. Not the cover.
They screw into each other on either side. You only see them when the lights are up.

I think there is only one per side - they may have already been broken.

They are two pieces each side, looked them up in a catalog.
Have checked the other side to ensure its tight. Not sure how the passenger side got broken,
but it had to be removed as it wasn't connected and broken, just rattling around.
As the headlight is cracked, I will be replacing it shortly, I have one, but was hoping to do the ring as well.
