It turns out that I have a front head light assembly. Part # 94463192300 Pelican price costs $460.It is from my 1995 cab that was pulled when I needed the lower bracket part of this assembly, so the bracket was pulled by the auto shop. For your needs it is a bit more than you need. The lens is perfect and has a clear 2mil plastic lens protector attached to it. the part is from the driver's side.

   



How about $150? I can ship UPS for free.
