I am sure you have all checked Jeff Coe's 968register for all the color options are rareness. NA Cobalt Blue is definitely a rare breed. It does get very complicated because of the options on different years. The 968register will help guide you, Just to give you and example using my car. There are only two  *true" 1994 968's delivered in Amethyst Metallic. These where both C2S orders. One is a Coupe believed to be residing in Florida and the other a Cabriolet now residing in California. (Originally delivered on December 27, 1993 in Joplin, MO).

So why do we see Amethyst cars around. Well that paint option was available on all 1992-93 cars and also on some 718 cars from 1994. Very complicated area but the Register helps us out big time.

* A 718 car is a re-vinned car from the previous year. Almost all 1995 cars where re-vinned 1994's

this is what you want ?....you might want to do the upgrade to M030 yourself as I don't think you will find one out there in a rare color.
