I've ordered some custom floormats that will be truly drool worthy. Steering wheel will be a must, but I think I will skip the CS wheel in favor for an even beefier wheel with functional airbag. One step at a time as I'm actively molding a car I don't even have yet.

While I was looking to change the colour of my interior, [ yes I have to admit it's black], I found these guys. While I've never dealt with them I did have an email exchange which suggested to me that these blokes know what they're doing. It's a big site and the galleries of work look pretty impressive.

Rob Budd is pretty well known in the 928 community. Him and Paul Champagne (http://www.designpaulchampagne.com/PorscheLeather.html) have done some nice stuff. When I finally get around to re-doing my seats, I plan on getting them from Rob.

I ran home to the meet the driver at 2pm. They had to pull a few other cars off the truck to get to mine. It looked okay, but I didn't have any chance to really look at it or play with it. Had to just park it in the garage and head back to work. Not really the delivery experience I was looking forward to. I also have obligations tonight that will really limit my ability to look things over.



At least it's in its new home ...
