Machine shop took so long as they were busy with "real" work so I gave up and stuck them back in. We will see this year how the new suspension plays out and if I notice the gaps coming into play; I'm no expert so I may never even notice.

Same here, I'm not that worried about the possible effects on handling (in fact, never heard anyone who could substantiate any worries regarding that), but I won't be thrilled to find my hood pierced <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/wink.png" class="smilie" alt="" />
