DIN SPEC? German engineering specification (Deutch Something Something). In gymnasium floor construction we sometimes are requested to use a DIN certified product, depending on the application. Was I close?

I tried for 968 CAB, but Nevada wouldn't let me do it, even though the number was available, because a personalized plate can't resemble a "normal" plate. (WTF?) I ended up with MY1CAB on a "82'Vintage" plate, which is solid blue with white numerals to match the MidBlue/Grey. I'm trying to get MYCOUPE for my 911.

And btw, my first post here. Been on 968.net for a little while. My '92 CAB is my second Porsche purchased in Dec. last year.
