Turbo RS door panels
#1

Does anyone have some pics of the Turbo RS door panels that they can post? I've searched around and haven't been able to find any.

TIA

Maybe you can call up Jason at Paragon and ask him to take a few pictures...

What part of the door would you like pictures of?

Haha... Don't I wish. I have hundreds of pictures I've collected over the years, thought I could scroll through them and see if I have any of value. ;o)

Interior side. I'm going to make some light weight RS style door panels and need some references. Actually, now that I think about it, I'm not even sure the 968 turbo RS has interior door panels. But shots of how the door's sheet metal is cut would be useful.

What 968s came with different door panels? The CS was manual window, what was in the turbo S?

Any pics of lightweight door panels would work if you come across them in your stash of pics.

You're right, it doesn't have an interior panel to speak of. Our 944 S2 racecar was the same way, gutted, we simply cut a rectangular piece of carbon fiber to cover the gaping hole and attached the driver's side door release to it (passanger had to be let, police car style) <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Here is a clubsport (not really different from a basic 944):

968 TurboS:

Jason's TurboRS (you can't really see the door panels but they appear the same as above but with the pull handles being different) The red RS has composite doors.
