Torque converter reservoir
#1

After sitting idle in the garage for about three weeks I went to take the 68 out (92 Tipo) and found a puddle of red oil under the back of the car. I found the reservoir under the back that is leaking and it was full to the brim (way over the max fill line), My mechanic says the torque converter is draining back into the reservoir and a good drive may fix it. Any thoughts would be greatley appreciated.

He may be right about the drain back but even after sitting it shouldn't leak out, could be that it was over filled to start.
