Seen .... all good news.  It was never going to be "just your average garage" so the artwork is just another string to your bow. Cheers

That’s my next project ( garage upgrade )  but nowhere nearly as ambitious as you guys .. just an epoxy floor, a few more cabinets so all the stuff in bins and boxes can all go in there , and as long as it looks “clean / neat and organized”  that’s ok with me.   I have a two car garage and a one car garage .  The one car one is fine , maybe just an epoxy floor for aesthetic enhancement, it’s the two car one which needs a bit more impressive presence ..even though I’m the only one who sees it .

I would kill for a neat garage!  It is actually my next project but right now the place houses my 968 and my Citroen, practice space for our blues band, wine cooler, beer fridge, and the rest of the space is full of "can you please fix this when you've got time" .... slight exaggeration but there are a lot of little jobs which keep looking at me when I'm down there.  I've just had a heat pump installed which has freed up the space that was used by the old oil burner and 1500Ltr tank, so now I think I'm in with a chance to make the place tidy. Maybe I need to follow Dan's lead and get more cupboards, hmmm, need to put thoughts into action .....

Anybody in particular you’d kill for that neat garage? My wife jokes with me and says nobody but me mops their garage floor. I say too bad for them. Get a covering that hides dirt. My new one is almost impossible to find things that are dropped on it!

Ha Ha if you'd asked six months ago the list may have been quite long, I was in constant pain from my hip and that grey cloud of frustration was never far away.  Now I'm pain free I'm back to my happy self, nobody on the hit list right now ... but there's always Harry and Megan

I was looking at the messaging stats RAP; this thread generated a huge amount of interest, and quite a few replies.  The forum rallied around, another factor of being part of a community such as this.

Good point. I used this thread not only to tell a story, albeit somewhat sad, but as a means of relieving stress. My poor wife dealt with this quite well every day but being able to actually write what I was feeling and experiencing worked well for me. And I hope those of you who read of my daily travails.
