Outstanding! I really like the look on your car. Good job by the body shop too. Good luck, Bob Blackwell.

i'm glad it worked out for you - thanks for the shots - the ones on the yellow car didn't show something that showed up in your pics and bugs me enough to hold off until i want to do an entire body rework - those pics saved me some frustration and a premature expense

i do like that it is one piece though

and it is permanently attached without screws, clips or tape.
It really looks good. Promise to get pics up ASAP.
Paint and installation was $750, and they spent a lot of time getting a perfect fit.

The car looks fantastic.

Couple of questions. "without screws, clips or tape" ok, I'll bite, how is it held on then? Where did you source the parts from, I cant seem to locate online as of yet.

From the pics, your body shop appears to have done a first rate install, my compliments to them, it is very clean.

The skirts look nice - but to me you haven't finished yet ... If you "strosek" the sides, you also need to do the front and rear of the car

I guess it's glued on - since gravity will not hold it in place - besides that, it was mentioned before

Yes it was glued, it took them 2 days to get it the way they wanted.
I don't think this is a do it yourself job. I want to do the rear hatch next, but it will have to wait.
They chose to glue only to get a perfect fit against the body, otherwise there would have been small gaps.
Body panels not being perfect, one side was near perfect.

the Strosek parts are growing on me. I like the wide body kit they have also. Phil, do you plan on getting the front splitter and side view mirrors in addition to the hatch?

Think I\ll stop with the hatch, but who knows.
Clutch to do soon, going the RSBarn route, so will be cash poor shortly.

Do you have any pics of the back side? I'd like to see how the vent exits the rocker and how easily one can attach cooling hoses.

Thanks

No I don't, but when I inspected them before install I saw they vent out a 3" circle for easy attachment of a cooling hose.
Apparently they were designed for this purpose, that's why they are vented.
I haven't done this as I don't track my car, I had the body shop install some black mesh on the hole to reduce its noticeability.
