Within a couple hundred miles of driving after I wash my car, the bottom part of the chrome tailpipe (the bottom third of the circle at exit) is sooty/dark. I don't notice any smoke in the exhaust. I haven't asked anyone to follow me down the road to see if they see any smoke.
I don't see any oil consumption on the dipstick.
Is this normal or an indicator of a problem?

My tailpipe is constantly dirty...I frequently need to wipe it, and the entire quarter...

The O2 sensor was recently replaced, so it should be good. I do have an RSB Stage 1 chip.

I don't typically drive fast. I accelerate aggressively (after the car's warmed up) beyond the speed limit, then I back off and cruise till the next opportunity to enjoy the higher rpms . Then I repeat as necessary.
