For $59, you can order a replacement boot and replace it yourself from AGLA (there's a lot of info on here about them - Flash didn't particularly like his, but others do).



For $99 you can send them your shift knob, and they'll replace it for you. They have a color chart on their main page.

i never used them, so it wasn't me. i have seen them though, and i was not impressed at the stitch fit. it was bumpy and felt wrong in the palm of my hand



there are a few horror stories about them taking forever and then not doing a good job. do a search here and you'll find them.

I have used the Wheelskins boots on a few cars and I think an ALGA one on my black 968, which I thought was fine. I think we determined that the 944 boot from Wheelskins will fit the 968 shifter. It can be a hassle to install but it gets easier if you have done a few.
