Rocker Panel/ Sill Cover Repairs
#1

Hi,

The rear hole on my rocker panel/sill cover is broken. This is the hole that attaches to the bracket on the bottom of nthe sill cover that attaches to the underside of the car. What is the best way to repair the sill since it does have some tension as a result of pulling the sill cover into place? Should I pop rivet a small metal plate over the hole and then cover with fiberglass or is a simple fiberglass patch adquate? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would rivet it and glass to reinforce it. Use some FG cloth with the resin.
