Anyone have any experience removing these from our cars? Thanks in advance for the help.

I assume you mean the rocker panels? Take out the 10mm bolts on the underside and then they unsnap from the body. I would have at least 5 new clips because the are old, brittle and will break. The front pieces need to be unscrewed from inside the fender well, take out the little door that's held in by two screws to access it. It's a very straightforward job.

Some of our cars have a narrow side moldings to prevent door dings. My car does not have them (yeah), but I do not think that they are bolted on, rather held on my a foam style adhesive. If I am correct, heat and gentle lifting should get them off. What remains behind may take some effort to get off, followed by a good waxing.

The protective strips are held in place with an adhesive tape, but there also are a few screw fasteners at the ends. They're quite obvious, though.
