Remove front bumper/spoiler
#1

Hi Guys, I want to remove the front bumper on my 968. I know there are alot of parts as I have taken the lip and chin off before. I can't seem to find any info on removing the bumper. I looked in the DIY and Clarks Garage but couldn't find any thing. I have Service Manual but only shows parts. Thanks for any help. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/unsure.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

incredibly simple - should not take more than a few minutes, beginning to end to remove the bumper cover, and then the bumper itself is even easier

i posted a step by step for bumper cover removal a long time ago - try a search here

Bob, you need to post your thread over here in DIY. I would like to know what you did as well.

WOW!!! Thanks to all of you for the fast and most helpful reply to my lack of info on how to remove the front bumper. This kind of help is what makes this site invaluable for all us Porsche owners. Hope I will learn enough that some day I can write about how to repare some thing, and help another member.
