Racer's Edge A-arms
#1

I have received my new Racer's Edge A-arms. The look great. The are finished in a knurled black, i think, powder coat. I have begun assembly and will hopefully mount them on the car this weekend. Pete from RS Barn has been great to deal with!

Hey Miles you can see them mounted on my car in the post "Current suspension upgrades". They are a great, if not as sexy item as the 'Charlies', relief to know that you can forget about that part of your car as a weakness.

Very nice. Will these mount the factory brake cooling ducting?

Thanks Patrick

Yours look great too!

I'm pretty sure the factory ducting will fit. I know the accomidate the air deflectors without modification

Yes as you can see I've got the '68cs air def. on but I'm looking at doing more extensive ducting directed at the disc. I will probably have to go up to a larger brake upgrade too...

These A-arms truly look like a work of art. Are they any lighter than the stock units, or is the main benefit in their strength?

Thanks guys, I've been out of pocket all week.

Have you looked at the OG Racing version of the ducts? I installed them and liked them on both my 951 track cars. I can't find them on the website anymore though, maybe they quit manufacturing them.

Thanks Jason,

I'm still hoping it will be up and running this spring. It's alway more work and time than anyone expects. Best wishes to you and yours in this New Year!

I have these also. I have to look again, but I'm pretty sure that mine included the proper mounting flanges, etc. for the air deflectors.
