Possibly interested in unique color 968...
#41

Someone once posted a Google search format to, for example, find all Porsche 968s on Craig's List worlwide ( so to speak). Can anyone recall how to do this?
Hello all, I'm very new to the 968 forum. I was having a hard time finding info on them, but I seem to have found the treasure chest here.

I guess one of my first posts can be resurectting this older thread. I'm looking for a Coupe in a "wild" color also. Jeff, that mint green is awesome! blue violet, amethyst, etc etc. thanks!
Like others have said, you'll have to be an aggressive buyer and be on the look out and keep your ears open. Check the sale sites (ebay, traderonline, cars.com) daily along with this site. The unusual color cars are out there but they are rare. Send me a message if you would like a full listing of the colors with their names, codes, and year of availablity. There's even one mint green coupe out there!!!

Good luck with your search.

Jeff

ONE mint green coupe! I know 968's are rare, but come on.wow.

Thanks guys! be on the lookout for "dumb" questions as I'm new to 968's. I've had my 911 for 3 years and still "green". Forums like this is where its at.

There's a dusty rose cab w/ black interior for sale in OR. Been on the block for a while. On eBay now I think. $14.5 ask as I recall. Odd color, but quite rare.

And be careful out there...

I know the car. It is a rare color, code 52 Cassis Red metallic. One of two cabs in that color. One tip, one 6 spd. It was a 92 only optional special metallic paint color which cost $1600 extra. Cool but that is big money for a car with that many miles.
