Replacing my center console. My intr is light gray. I think I found one but its listed as gray beige..
Is this an actual Porsche color? Looks like what I need in the pics but we all know how deceiving Internet pictures can be.
I love my 968 for what it is & don't hate it for what it isn't!

I need a set of swatches from Porsche.
I got a new storage lid from paragon when I purchased my car. The lid was titles "linen" and matched perfectly. From that point on I thought my intr was linen/blk 2 tone. Recently I purchased a set of light gray sport seats (I love them and it was a long search) To my surprise the color matched my old seats. I expected them to be a bit lighter.
So now I'm reading this gray beige color and wondering just what it looks like. If it doesn't match my seats I will have to try and resell it. Who has the time. Sure looks right in the photos.

The 944 had a color called "linen" and I think this is what most refer to when they say "gray-beige". I'm not sure if there were any linen interiors for the 968 series cars. Calling Jeff? As for the grays I know, Light Gray is almost white, Classic Gray is the early 92-93 darker gray and Marble Gray is the late 94-95 darker gray. Linen has more of a beige tint to it. You could always go the SEM vinyl spray paint route.

OK Darryl, how good is your memory?
From what you recall would you say my intr is light gray or linen.

rxter...don't have first hand experience on the SEM with this specific application. I plan to try it out on the tops of my doors. Probably one of the last things I will do, so don't hold your breath waiting on me to post results!! If it doesn't work, I'll just get them redone with the correct Calssic Gray Vinyl.
Rhude...I do remember seeing your interior but I can't honestly say I looked at it that closely, sorry. That being said, I don't think it was as light as my light gray in my Coupe. Perhaps Jeff can chime in if you can provide your interior code from your option sticker as the end all be all true color.

<i>'josephsc' BTW, I have a parts car in that color (90% sure it's the same color. It's missing option sticker, but it says "Marble Grey" in Porsche CofA). Do you need anything? "</i>
