The local PCA region hosted a tour of
dcAuto in Rocky Mount on Saturday. 50+ cars. The mayor welcomed us and proclaimed "Porsh-Ah Day." Great tour and then a nice lunch at the country club. The local police even ran us across town in a parade, blocking traffic and zooming around. Great fun!

Rocky Mount Telegram Story
Two 968s and 7 928s were in on the fun.
dcAuto has at least 4 968s currently providing 'donor' parts. Several cabs. Amazing place - 2x70,000 square foot warehouses that were once a textile plant. All cars and parts indoors with an impressive warehousing and database system. Owner is a real Porsche guy who says the whole thing started years ago when he needed a part for his 914.

very nice Ralph, I've been wanting to visit DCAuto for a little while but have not been back to NC since I picked up the car.

^^ I don't necessarily disagree.
However, I did get a used amplifier from them for $40. New from Porsche it was over $250 and from other sources like Sunset it was around $150.
