Hello Everyone,


 

I just register to the 968 forum as a Porsche 968 enthousiatst.


My name is Pierre, I am from France in Paris. I am 32 , i own also a 924 from 84 with Lemans wheels and Pascha Interior.


 

Two years ago i bought in an abandonned parking a Porsche 968 from december 91 (almost 92). 


This car was left by his owner, i made a projet to put it on the road again.


 

I have a Manual Transmission 6 Speed, Grey interior Leather and heated seats, Targa, Midnight blue Cup2 Wheels.


Since the beginning of restauration of the car i made lots of works , i have plenty of pictures.


 

I have change : 


Tires


Brakes + Brake Fluid


Oil ans main gasket seal with 'bearing bush" (hope it's good translation)  + Oil/Water exchange seal


Water and heater core with many water hose


All exterior lights


All interior lights 


Cardan (all CV joints)


Power steering Jar hose rand new


Thrott

and some many little plastic parts , leather interior parts also etc...

I take the car fr few euros , less under the real price.

That's why.

I put some money for driving that one , now it's real pleasure

Welcome Pierre - the video says "The uploader has not made this video available in your country".     Anything you can do to the setting on the video to make it available in the US?

I will reply to the question , if variocam and belt have been done, yes they have been done when we restart the car.

th next project are : 
  • Rebuild the transaxe (clutch may be flywheel)
  • Headlight motors 
  • Airbag signal.
I will try to show you all work i made on the porsche if you want.

I have made a big album of work.

I travelled to your wonderful city in Dec of 2019 - just before covid really hit. What a wonderful time. My third visit and my GF's first visit. Just a wonderful time.
