One of our own passes on
#1

I was just informed by the Wray family that Dan Wray has passed away. I am in complete shock right now. It seems like just yesterday I was speaking with him. My very best goes out to his friends and family. Best wishes, Scott.

Quote:We are sorry to tell you that Dan Wray passed away a few weeks ago. We, his family, are in the process of sorting through his personal and business matters, including his Porsche accessory activities. We are trying to match payments and orders and will either send outstanding orders or return payment, once we figure out what's what.

Please be patient; we will respond to you as soon as we can. We will be checking this e-mail address, should you have questions.

R.I.P. IceShark--He certainly had a passion for Porsches and doing things right. Although I didn't purchase his battery cables or headlight mods it was obvious he did a great job and had an impressive attention for detail. This is a big loss for the 968 community. My sympathies for his family.

Here is his obituary along with a link to a quest book:

Thanks for letting us know about this - for all of us who met Dan over the various Porsche Forums, he has been a most helpful person who will be missed. I was just in contact with him not too long ago to obtain some very obscure clips, and battery harness parts for the Porsches and as always, Dan came through. We'll all miss his generous contributions and every time I look at one of the IceShark harnesses I have in the Porsches, I will think of all the care and attention he put into these parts that make our cars just a little better.

RIP Dan.
