No start! No spark coming from Ignition Coil!

Hello my name is Sergio and im a proud owner of a 1994 968, but i need your guys help with problems with no spark coming from the ignition coil,



Symptons are:

I replaced the DME relay - looks good

I have fuel being pump into the cilnders

The engine turns healthy

No imobilizer from alarm system

I have healthy bat power coming into the Black wire to the coil +15

All grounds seem ok

Rev limiter bounces when cranking

Changed Coil, but both coils get very hot after a while, even when not cranking the engine.

but still no spark.

Can you help me?

Typically heat is cause by a short, higher voltage or reversed wiring. This may be a long-shot, but check your connections. The Black wire should be on terminal 15 and the Green on term. 1. The 15v to the coil seems high[??]. If you were to take it to a repair shop, they'd probably try a known-good DME.

Have you attempted to retrieve the trouble codes..? This may display an issue with the DME.
