You can search here for Flash’s posts re: his zippered top. He went into good detail about it IIRC. His zip out rear window was a custom job done by one of the top top shops in LA. I think he also had to buy a sacrificial rear section/window so there was overlap material to sew the zipper into. (The replacement top is two pieces, the top and the back/sides/window. 3 if your liner isn’t serviceable)
The place to start IMO is finding an upholstery shop in your area that specializes in vintage restorations.
