Greetings,
I need to change my motor mounts and know that there are at least four different manufacturers that carry the part.
Meyle
Coreteco (OEM most expensive)
Rein Automotive
Uro (cheapest)
I was looking for input as to what is the best one. Also, has anyone had an experience with any of these manufacturers. Thanks!

flwbyu,
I've tried to go with "lesser" mounts, only to be disappointed. Headlights rattled, front ends seemed like it would shake loose, especially in cold weather. "Cheap always ends up being expensive." is what comes to mind here, but I know for sure that even the "lesser" mounts are not cheap by any stretch. IMHO, from experience, go with OEM and you won't have to do the job twice. Just bite the bullet. We all have to do it.
I am not sure what make you need, or even what make is in my car, only that I have OEM and no more shake, rattle, and roll. I recommend that you contact RS Barn. They have lot's of experience in these matters. Lots!
Best of luck!

I am probably going to go with the OEM (Coreteco) motor mounts which are around $210 each ($420 pair). I agree with everyone, better to do it right the first time around. I just thought I would get a feel for what was out there and if anything was better or worse. I appreciate all the comments! Thanks.

Check with one of the Porsche dealers that discounts parts. I just checked on mounts and they are $157 a piece from Porsche.

I have used the inexpensive mounts a couple times on my S2s with no problems, but I did not take note of the manufacturer. I got one set from Zims and the other from some random internet parts supplier years ago.
