Interesting Raspberry 911 coupe on eBay.

Interesting because it is a 94 and this is a 93 color. But if you look closer you see the production date is May of 93 and the car has the infamous option code 718 to reVIN a car for the next model year. I was surprised to see this as I thought only the 968s were such slow sellers to earn this redesignation but I guess the 911s weren't moving either. And this car is 200+ into the 94 MY so that means there were 200 911s before it that were also reVINed.

Well, despite being a 70K mile car he has 18 bidders up to $20K and the reserve has not been met so the car has a few fans.

Dont confuse number of bids with the actual amount of unique bidders.

But looks it may have as many as 19 fans.

The ad's "last 964 chassis built" bullet is interesting. The build date is late June 1993. Could be one of the final 964s. I think the color flatters the slab-sided 964. Nice to have something other than red, black, or white.
