Luke,

I enjoyed reading your novel... umm... I mean post. Ha, Ha! <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/laugh.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> I'm totally kidding! In reality, I'm the last person that is going to deride you for being longwinded, for I personally tend to be sesquipedalian more often than not! <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Well today is a GREAT day...I picked up my car from RUF auto in Dallas. Hans, Bob and the rest of the team are AWESOME! I know a few of you have followed the thread with respect to the timing belt issue and the car carrier. All in the past now...just super glade to have it back. I can’t say enough about this organization...Top Notch! By far the cleanest shop I’ve ever been in...and I’m not kidding when I say you could eat off the floor. It’s that clean. If anyone is in Dallas and is in need of repair...this is the place. It is a rare moment these days were one still finds people who are interested in people and are willing to help.

As for the rest...their stable of cars is just Heaven and if anyone is interested... Hans...with some advance...is willing to meet any 968 enthusiast that I can gathered up...meet for coffee and if you like...head over to check out the cars/ shop on a weekend pending no racing event.

Let me know if anyone is interested and together we’ll set it up.

And in closing a Big thank you to all whom participate and make this forum possible.

Be Well <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Count me in for a 968 owners day at Ruf. I am in the DFW area and would be open to an event.

PM me to set something up.
