A shop near Cleveland, Steinel's who had a great reputation and who used to do my work won't ever touch my car again. I took the car in for 60,000 and was told it would be a week as they had to get into the front end to get all of the stuff accomplished and that takes so much time. That was on Monday. On Wednesday I get a call that my car was involved in an accident Tuesday evening. Seems that they have an odd practice called driving your car HOME overnight as a test drive. Now this day was a torrential rain day. I mean torrential. I would not have driven my car in that weather BUT they did and it got smacked in the rear end, and at a location amazingly far from the shop as in several communities away. Fortunately minimal damage, which their insurance paid for. I got stuck for paying a lot of money for a 60000 which was to take a week and miraculously was done in a day, with no itemized list of tasks completed and no compensation for the wreck of the use of my car. BEWARE are they driving your Porsche too?
