Looks to be a nice car. Lots of extras and enhancements that would cost far more than the car's asking price. If receipts and inspection bear out the extras this could be a very nice car. Looks like a previous owner got an OEM 'S' badge and added it.
I did not see the discussion of the VIN.

That's because the published VIN (in Morgan's book) is wrong. Morgan says the last North American 1995 coupe VIN is SS820258. The "real" last NA 1995 coupe is SS820319.

You can do a Carfax on it and you'll see they have data on it.
